What is the quickest most effective way to heal partially healed scars?

I have read that Aloe-Vera helps along with Vitamen E. I have also read something about vitamin E silicon sheets? But im not sure how to get ahold of them.

Also do you think the best way to get scar treatment is to go to the doctor? What is the quickest most effective way to heal partially healed scars?
There is no evidence vitamin E helps with scar treatment. In one clinical trial it even worsened scar appearance.

Silicone scar sheets are effective. Not only recommended by surgeons but I also know this from experience.

After trying many scar products I started using silicone sheets. The sheets made my scars softer, less red and flat. What is the quickest most effective way to heal partially healed scars?
Aloe vera and vitamin E are used to keep the skin moisturized. They aren't much good at fading the scars. For that, you would want something advertised as a scar reducer, such as bio oil, mederma, etc. If your scars are raised, that's when you would use silicone sheets.

Keep in mind that none of those things will remove your scars. All they do is speed up the fading process, and in the case of the silicone, flatten the scars. The scars will still be there. If you really want them gone and you have the money, laser scar removal is the way to go.

If you want a professional opinion on what you should do, you can indeed go to the doctor. Your general doctor can refer you to a dermatologist if needed.
Aloe Vera is the way to go. Try buying the tubes that come with aloe vera gem and Vitamin E. That is one of the best sources for that.
Neosporin works really well too to get them healed up faster.
Aloe vera is good but i would reccomend bio-oil.
