depends on the type of scar you're talking about raised scars you can use scar cream on because it thins the skin. if it's a dented in scar you can't because it will actually make it worse. i had some severe scars from a car accident and i used palmers cocoa butter on it and it improved it a LOT some scars will be there no matter what you do but cocoa and shea butter also vitamin e will help tremendously.
