I have some scars and stretch marks I don't like at all. What is a good way to get rid of them?

I want something that is going to get rid of discoloring and raised scars. Natural or something at the store, it doesn't matter! I just want something that works!I have some scars and stretch marks I don't like at all. What is a good way to get rid of them?
At walmart I bought Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion for moms who just gave birth, I don't remember exactly what its called, but I used it on my belly postpartum and it reduced the look of my stretchmarks alot, but they are still there. you cant get rid of them completely cause they are tears in your skin, but things like cocoa butter and vitamin e oil work pretty good, or mederma is a scar cream, i havent used it but i heard it works.
