Vitamin K can be used topically to help the skin heal from wounds, including surgical incisions, burns, bruises, scars, and stretch marks.
Apply Vitamin K cream topically to stretch marks or other scars (this vitamin is not normally taken orally except through a physician). Depending on the severity of your stretch marks or scars, skin type and activity levels, you will see results in as little as 8-14 days to 6-8 weeks when used twice daily.
Major food sources for Vitamin K include green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, green cabbage, kale, Swiss chard, turnip greens, broccoli, tomatoes, liver and lean meats and dairy products.
Putting Lavender Essential Oil directly on scars will help them fade. Newer injuries will also heal faster with the application of this oil.

People say that all those scare creams and stuff never work, I tried some on my hand and it didn't do anything. Personally I think board shorts are cute.
you might want to try mederma... a cream to lighten the appearance of scars...you can have them surgically removed i think by a laser. They will completely be gone. All of those skin creams usually dont really work as well! have you tried using some vitamin E extract? I remember some thing about vitamin E that covers up scars.Use oil and apply it to remove it !
You may need scar revision surgery unfortunatly it is just that revision not removal. I was in a terrible accident that left a lot of scarring on my face and I have had multiple surgieries to improve the scars.
There is a silicone sheeting that can be worn over the scar area that really helps minimize the scarring to begin with but has to be used immediatly after the injury for 6 months to 1 year.
If it really bothers you go to a plastic surgon who specializes in scar revision and see if anything can be done.

Make the mint into a paste and apply it on your face twice a day so that the scars will disappear. It's really working.
Scrub lemon on the scar. It helps fade away the scar. It will take time but it will give you good results
If you get a vitamin E gel capsule and poke a hole in it and apply to scars it helps fade them. You won't see results immediately, but after a few times.
Ance Free has a ance scar fade kit it cost $20. I don't know if it works but I used the Ance kit which costs the same and it works for me.
try a bar of coco butter;thats what woman with strech marks use;and it[s cheep and smell great..

What ever you decide I hope it works out.
Vitamin E cream, aloe vera gel and fresh lemon juice works too. It's best to apply cream overnight - you won't need to worry about looking wierd plus the skin'll repair the scars while you sleep....
