I heard all the creams are scams. I have a tiny tattoo, the size of the quarter behind my ear but by my neck. I can't think of anything I would ever want to cover it with, so I'm looking into laser removal. It's black ink but not completely vibrant because I have tan skin. Who ever you go to, check his/her background. The only ';Professional'; Laser tattoo ';Doctor'; that I know of Lost his medical credentials as a GP due to drugs and over prescribing pain killers. He is still called Doctor.
The problem is that the status of regulation of laser procedures by non-physicians is essentially chaotic in the United States. Not every State has requirements, and those that do differ in every State. Even if they do have requirements you might get different answers from different people in the same agency. i hear that there is some other solution. there is a cream or ointment out now that fades them little by little , but i forget what it is called.
