every answer is appreciated aight thanks! How do I get rid of stretch marks and scars on my butt, and minor acne on my face?
You can improve the look of strech marks and scars by applying pure vitamin E oil and pure coca butter. You can also buy vitamin E pills and break them open and apply the oil inside the capsule to the area. You need to do this for at least a few weeks about 2-3 times daily. There is also silicon scar treatment that you can buy at a drug store like Walgreens. As for the acne, drink as much water as possible- I know you've heard this before, but it works! Drink at least 64 oz. daily. That's 8 tall glasses. Try to stay away from greasy foods. There's an over the counter natural pill called Nature's Cure (you can buy that at a drug store, too.) It comes with both pills and an ointment, and it's like a vitamin supplement to help get rid of acne. Hope this helps!
You can find the products I mentioned at:
For strech marks, only $2.99: http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.j鈥?/a>
For scars, only $10.99:

For the stretch marks, try cocoa butter. It will help to seriously lighten them and they may even disappear. For the scars, try Mederma. Good luck to you.
Stretch marks and scars are treated with laser or dermatology surgery. As for acne, there are many products available, try over-the-counter products first. Realize that some products like benzoyl peroxide, which can cause sensitive skin to break out in a rash. See your health care provider if nothing helps. Food and natural products %26amp; vitamins can be used as an adjunct...
i have stretch marks too, they su ck bigtime. try mixing vitamin E and cocoa butter and rubbing it on you stretch marks as often as possible. ive found that this works better than any wierd creams you find on the market. i also use a microdermabrasion sponge a couple times a week, both on my stretch marks and on my face (i have acne too). it really helps and was very cheap, i got it on ebay. there are no foods that ahve been scientifically proven to cause acne, but you may find that there are some that may trigger it for you. if so, id say dont eat em! some commen triggers are high amounts of sugar, caffeine, and for some, chocolate. proactiv is pretty pricey, but it's the best product out there for acne, in my opinion. so if u can get your hands on it, id say use it. the reddish scars on your butt are probably spider veins. good luck! also for acne, if u out a very thin layer of vitamin E on your face before you go to bed after washing your face with a mild cleanser, you will see results in the morning. Vit. E speeds healing and moisturizes.
Try cocoa butter and the creams with a little bit of color in it that matches your skin tone (the selfless tanner or something) and try proactiv for acne. stay away from chocolate, salt, oil.
i have stretch marks too..people are always surprised when i tell them. i've always hated them but i tried cocoa butter and skin lightening cream and it doesn't really work that well. i've just stopped trying. especially after my boyfriend said that guys honestly don't really care, he thinks i make too much of a big deal out of it. but it really sucks when it comes to wearing a bathing suit. so i just go for the ';shorts'; bikinis and i'm good to go. for acne try Cetaphil facial wash (not sure about the spelling) and Neutragena one-spot-treatment works well for me.
i heard cocoa butter really helps for stretch marks.
Use Aloe Vera all over your skin to heal scars and stretch marks. Also I like to use avacado sometimes switch every other day One day Aloe Vera next day avacado. Also put it in hair. let it obsorb into your skin over night every night.
As for acne do not eat peanutbutter or anything with peanuts in it. I have found peanuts to be the biggest cause of acne. Eat lots of friuts and vegetables drink alot of water. Never eat cheese milk or any meat, it's bad for skin bad for any health condition.
Sorry, but stretch marks are impossible to remove without surgery. Try vitamin E oil to help lighten them. For acne, keep your skin clean with a mild cleanser (Dove) and use non-comedogenic products for moisturizers, make-up, etc. (Will not clog pores.) Also try a salycilic acid acne cream only on the blemishes to heal them fast. Hope this helps. Been there myself.
