Is there a way to make scars from spots on your face and body heal faster/dissapear?

I'm a boy so make up is out of the window :P any special creams or home remedies are well appreciated. Is there a way to make scars from spots on your face and body heal faster/dissapear?
Yup, In my quest to remove some pigmentation spots I have tried just about ALL the scar remedies out there ( i.e Mederma, Bio Oil, Rosehip oil, fade out cream, 10% glycolic moisturizers, lemon juice, bright cream, Vitamin E cream, tend skin, Hirudoid Cream, etc)

Nothing worked quick enough for my liking so I went to visit a dermatologist last week who prescribed Retino A 0.05% Cream %26amp; ESLITE Cream (it's a cream containing hydroquinone, octinoxate %26amp; oxybenzone.)

I apply the ESLITE in the morning %26amp; the Retino A in the evenings, followed by cetaphil moisturizer as the creams dry my skin out badly.

I also avoid exposure to the sun (wear an SPF 30 sunscreen if you can't cover the area)

Anyway after a week I can already see a marked improvement so am hopeful this will finally work in removing my scars, the expectation the dermatologist set was an improvement of 20% after 2 weeks then follow that with a 50% solution glycolic peel or TCA peel.

Also she advised to stop exfoliating the area for a while as I was exfoliating 3 times a week %26amp; it was actually aggravating my scars.

Anyway so far though it's early days I'm more than happy with the results as after only a week I can already see visible improvements which has never happened with the other treatments I tried. Is there a way to make scars from spots on your face and body heal faster/dissapear?
Relax. Stress can be a major problem when blemishes are involved. Once your hormones act up, it can show on your face. Although life isn't always a guaranteed free ride, take some time out for yourself. Exercise, meditation, you name it. Control your stress level and you can control your breakouts.

What's good in your body can show on your face. Eating a balance meal can help greatly, especially foods that detoxify your body. Also, water can become nature's cure. Try to get 8 glasses of water in, and within days you'll notice clearer looking skin.

If you have oily skin, try using a daily scrub to exfoliate your skin. Recommended products are St. Ives Apricot Scrub (there are different types, and any of them would work) and Aveno face scrub for blackheads.

Using an astringent can help, but some of them can leave a burning sensation. A very gentle astringent that鈥檚 all natural and cost efficient is Witch Hazel. Just put some on a cotton ball and rub gently onto your skin.

Some say using a face mask twice a month works, but best results have been found using one twice a week. Find a face mask that shrinks pores or detoxifies your face. Recommended products are St. Ives Firming Mask, Olay Deep Cleansing Clay Mask, and Andrea's Face Spa (comes in packets).

If your face needs help getting over a red blotchy spell, trying putting Aloe Vera on. Its a natural moisturizer and protects your skin (which is why its highly recommended for minor cuts and burns). Also, putting non-medicated Calamine Lotion on blemishes can help dry up the excess oils and make them go away faster. Best time to put it on is at night.

Most importantly, always use a moisturizer with sunscreen in it. It helps protect your face from dryness and the sun. A recommended product is Aveno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15. Wearing makeup with built in SPF 15 is also a plus.

Besides moisturizers, there are also lotions that help even out skin tone, which is a bonus to overcoming scars and dark blemishes. A good lotion that helps keep skin soft and even is Cocoa Butter lotion. Its a natural remedy to any part of your body, and is especially known to cure stretch marks and ';crowsfeet.'; Cocoa Butter is a natural key in keeping redness out and radiant skin in.

Some information which gives you an overall idea about spots and the scars :)x good luck!
