I fell several years ago, and my wounds heals over with black dust caught in them. Not much, but i know its there and it's ugly. What can i do?How do i get rid of scars that have gravel in them?

About the only thing you can do is ask your doctor for a referral to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to get the gravel removed. Good luck.
Oh god that is disgusting! Anyways, well i'm not saying go be emo but cutting it open and letting some blood out may be the only way truthfully..
