You can buy a dermabrasion system because even though it costs money, it isnt that expensive. For example I have Avon's anew dermabrawsion system, which cost me $28 and it worked well. If you can't spend that much, try buying cocoa butter formula with vitamin E. That costs $2.79 and you can get it at walgreens or walmart.
