My scars are draining fluid after stiches where taken out, is this normal?

I had 2 stiches removed from my knee 3 days ago following knee arthroscopy. When I use the CPM or press on my scars, they tend to drain clear liquid. Should i be concerned?My scars are draining fluid after stiches where taken out, is this normal?
If the fluid is clear, it is normal. But don't press it out too much or it can leave a void space that can be a place bateria can grow. If the fluid is not clear, then it is infection and needs to be looked at.
